Don't be intimidated if you don't have a job lined up after graduation. Instead, start searching! There is no time like the present. Make sure you have your resume and cover letter in good shape (see my other blog posts to help with writing your resume or CV). You could also consider a post-baccalaureate program to provide you with additional training! Here are some job web sites for biologists with an emphasis on ecology/conservation positions.

Centers for Disease Control Career Training Fellowships - The CDC offers great training opportunities for recent college grads.
Ecology and Conservation
Texas A&M Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Job Board - one of the best used job boards for ecology and conservation positions nationally
Student Conservation Association Conservation Internships - Great group offering experience for students in college, recently graduated, or those interested in mentoring young adults.
Great Basin Institute - Centered in Reno, NV, GBI offers entry level opportunities for college grads in several western states.
